Bellevue Children’s Academy/Willows Preparatory School, a growing International Baccalaureate World School consortium, seeks qualified candidates to join our School Lunch team. Do you enjoy cooking? Bellevue Children’s Academy (PK-4) & Willows Preparatory School (5-12) is a private school for children in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade with an enrollment of more than 850 students. We offer an individualized and coordinated IB curriculum PK-12 with an emphasis on core academic subjects. Our students are academically advanced, working one to two grade levels ahead of state expectations and our class sizes are small and do not exceed 15 students. BCA/WPS is a member of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), a consortium of 50 high performing international schools located across the globe. Primary Responsibilities:

Help assist all aspects of the kitchen – preparing nutritionally balanced, attractive school lunches for students and staff.
Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and help placing orders as needed.
Participate and assist in all aspects of preparing school lunches, as well as cleaning and complying with sanitation requirements.
Work collaboratively with all school team members.
Qualifications:

Pass state and local background check
At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED
Authorized to work in the United States
Related experience working in a child-care center, school or commercial kitchen preferred but not required
May be required to have food service/food handler permit
Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination required, in addition to wearing a mask
We offer a competitive hourly wage.
