*JOB DESCRIPTION
• This position offers opportunities for a career in a professional office environment.
• Candidates need to be good team players and work together with other members to achieve departmental and company targets.
• This position focuses on performing inspection, calibration for customers' instruments and to prepare calibration solutions.

*RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn about the companie's devices and become an expert with each unit.
• Know how to properly use, troubleshoot, and demonstrate all the companie's products.
• Perform inspection, calibration for incoming instruments.
• Follow quality assurance procedures in detail perform inspection and prepare calibration correctly
• Arrange a loaner unit at the customer’s request.
• Arrange shipment for customer’s instruments after service is completed.
• Keep close communication with the customer service representative and share accurate information with customers.
• Issue calibration certificates.
• Prepare monthly activity reports.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

*QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bench lab experience 2 to 3 years.
• Ability to work well individually or as a team.
• Organized, efficient and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
• Bilingual (Japanese or Spanish) a plus.
• Experience/background in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage industry,chemical, pharmaceutical, or clinical knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.

*担当業務
- 自社製品について学び、各ユニットのエキスパートになる。
- 当社製品の正しい使用方法、トラブルシューティング、デモンストレーションを行うことができる。
- 入荷した機器の検査、校正を行う。
- 品質保証の手順に従い、正確な検査、校正を行う。
- お客様のご要望により、貸出機の手配をする。
- サービス終了後、お客様の機器の出荷を手配する。
- カスタマーサービス担当者とのコミュニケーションを密にし、顧客と正確な情報を共有する。
- 校正証明書の発行
- 月次活動報告書の作成
- その他の業務、責任、活動については、予告なく変更または割り当てられることがあります。

- 優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
- ベンチラボの経験2～3年
