*Salary: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour

*JOB DESCRIPTION
• Strive to learn more about products and become an expert in each unit.
• Know how to properly use, troubleshoot, and demonstrate every product.
• Know the competition.
• Take incoming calls from customers who have a sales request.
• Keep close internal communication with NA Sales representative and share accurate information with
customers.
• Respond to emails and telephone calls for sale-related inquiries in a timely manner and provide
excellent customer service.
• Prepare monthly sales activity reports.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without
notice.

*QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience 1 to 2 years.
• 2 to 3 years of recent experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work well individually or as a team.
• Organized, efficient and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to type 50 wpm or better.
• Call center experience a plus.
• Experience/background in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage industry, chemical, pharmaceutical or clinical knowledge a plus
• Bilingual (Japanese or Spanish) a plus.
• AA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Washington Driver’s license.
