Job Descriptions:
-Assist to prepares, maintains control, responsible for the Companies' subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
-Assist to prepares financial statements and varied fiscal reports.
-Assist to prepares annual / quarterly review by an audit firm.
-Assist to analyzes financial and operational results and prepares periodic reports that compare budget with actual results.
-Assist to coordinates budgets and mid term business plans for the Companies.
-Assist to prepares and coordinates bank transactions for the Companies.
-Assist to ensures compliances with SOX legislations and external audit requirements.
-Assist to prepares tax information for the Companies.
-Assist to liaison to parent company in Japan on behalf of the Companies
and their joint ventures.
-Assist to prepare sales documents.

　
Qualifications:
More than Three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience are necessary.
Must be fluent both in English and Japanese (read, write & speak).
Proficient in excel, word, and accounting software such as QuickBooks, etc. Qualification or Certification relating to Accounting is preferred.

Salary: $16 - 20/h (DOE)
