Job Descriptions:
- Calculate working capital interest, communicating with and invoice Group Company
- Support sales and marketing for grain business (rice, barley, wheat, etc.)
- Support container business from operational and executional side.
- Coordinate logistics, arrange required documents, monitor shipment itinerary, and communicate to related parties.
- Arrange sales contract, invoice, payment and other documents more independently as a member of middle office
- Responsible for basic accounting functions, including charge payments to vendors, related system entries into SAP, ensure Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables are processed in accordance with deadlines and generate a weekly report of Account Receivable for Portland office
- General administrative functions such as: ordering and inventory maintenance of office supplies, maintenance of office assets, mail distribution, contract maintenance and file retention, coordination of travel arrangements...etc.　

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and 2-3 years of grain trading and logistics operations experience required
- Solid understanding necessary documentation of container and bulk shipment execution required
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask
- Candidate must be results-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in Japanese and English required
- Previous experience with SAP systems required (Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Accounting modules)　

Salary: 45K to 50K DOE
